100 day fit - day 1

Good evening everyone!

Its 9.30pm and bedtime is approaching, but I wanted to fill you in on how today went first.

Today was the first day of my 100 day fit challenge, and it actually went very well!

I started my day with a chickpea omelette with vegan chorizo, which was so quick and easy! I just pan-fried the chorizo in a dry pan, and topped it off with the gram flour mixture until it was cooked through. I do think I'll do a repeat on that tomorrow, yum!

This meal had right over 350 kcal, with 24 grams of protein. Pretty good if you ask me! 

I did decide to up the protein for lunch though, after all protein and fibre keeps you full! The shake is made of one very ripe banana, 30 g vegan meal replacement from My Protein, 20 g pb2 and 2 dl of unsweetened almond milk - and ice.
Gotta keep it cold! 


The rest of my day was spent finishing season 3 of 13 reasons why, which was so good by the way! I also had a little trip to the gym, my first in a couple of weeks, it felt so good to be back in it! I'm ready for some regular exercise now, so BRING IT! 


For dinner I had some soup with vegan chicken, veggies and shirataki noodles, and then later we had garlic dough balls from Iceland Foods, which I had 5 off. 

In total I ended up at about 1300 kcal for the day, and 75 grams of protein. As for eating 0.8 grams of protein per kilo of bodyweight I think it's pretty spot on?
